SEWELL, NJ - Army West Point Club Hockey followed a familiar pattern, dropping behind early then mounting a furious comeback, before falling 5-4 to Rowan University.

A single-goal deficit produced each of the five Army losses this campaign. Again against Rowan, the cadets dropped into a 5-2 hole early in the final frame before clawing back with two third-period goals.

Cadet Nick Curtin figured in all four goals, scoring two and assisting on the others. Matthew Riehl and Michael St. Denis scored within two minutes of each other late in the third period to pull Army to within a goal, but the equalizer was elusive.

Goaltenders Daniel Curran (19 stops) and Nico Candelmo (13 goals) manned the net. Assists on goals were produced by Alex Miller and Andrew O'Leary. Rowan outshot Army 37-35.
